1. OVERVIEW

At PDF Profit Club, we are committed to providing high-value digital products and resources. Due to the nature of our products (digital downloads, templates, and strategies), all sales are

final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We generally do not provide refunds, but exceptions may apply in the following cases:

✅ You were charged incorrectly or made duplicate purchases.

✅ You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue on our end (must be reported within 7 days of purchase).

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

❌ Digital PDFs, templates, and strategy documents.

❌ Coaching or consulting sessions.

❌ Subscription-based content after access has been granted.

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, you will be permanently banned from future purchases. We take fraud prevention seriously and will dispute unjustified chargebacks.

5. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact our support team before filing a dispute. We are happy to assist in resolving technical problems or access issues.
